Experienced Chatter for Creator CRM & Fan Communication
We are looking for reliable, proactive chatters who can manage conversations, document CRM context, adapt to different platforms and grow into a stronger operations role over time.

What We Need
- Availability in the German time zone between 11 AM and 12 AM, plus/minus 1-2 hours.
- At least 6 hours per working day and at least 30 hours per week.
- Previous chatting experience and confidence with CRM workflows.
- Clean notes, tags, follow-ups, handovers and KPI-aware documentation.
- Reliable shift behavior and proactive communication when blockers appear.
- Ability to adapt to new platforms, tools, scripts and simple VA tasks.
Language Requirements
- Strong, detailed English is required and will be tested during the application.
- German basics are a plus, but they are not mandatory.
- You must be able to write naturally, empathically and with clear context.
Compensation
- Fixed base pay: 3-4 USD per hour, depending on qualification.
- Message commission: 10%.
- High performers can develop into QA, training or leadership responsibilities.
Automatic Disqualification
- Under 18 years old.
- Less than 6 hours per working day.
- Less than 30 hours per week.
- No relevant chatting or CRM experience.
- Weak English writing skills.
